Water Rescue And Emergency Response, Emergency Boat Operation & Rescue as well as Boater Safety and Education Course
Both classes are 16 hour courses that involve both classroom exercises as well as hands on . Classes are offered on a first come basis. Water Rescue And Emergency Response
16 hour PA Fish and Boat Commission Course
Prerequisite : 18 years of age
What to bring to class : Pencil, Pen and Notebook
What to bring to pool : Old clothes, sneakers ( they are going to get wet) water rescue helmet, Personal Flotation Device
What to bring to open water : Old clothes sneakers or boots, or wet suit ( they are going to get wet) water rescue helmet, Personal Flotation Device
Emergency Boat Operation & Rescue
16 hour PA Fish and Boat Commission Course
Prerequisite : Water Rescue And Emergency Response and MUST have a Boating Safety Education Certificate
What to bring to class : Pencil, Pen and Notebook
What to bring to open water : If possible please brings your own boat, preferably the one that you will be using in rescue situations. Dress accordingly for weather conditions. Your boat must meet all requirements set forth by the PA Fish and Boat Commission or it will not be used.

8 hour PA Fish and Boat Commission Course
